ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
My name is Orville Byron Mallott, I'm eighty-eight years old and a known problem solver.
In 1967 I was aboard a 60 foot private boat, fishing for salmon. I leaned over the aft rail to net a large king salmon. I felt a pain in my right Achilles tendon. I thought I had been shot, when I looked there was no blood so I knew my tendon was torn. A double rotor helicopter (Huey) was sent 150 from Prince Rupert to pick me up and take me to the hospital. They repaired my tendon and I spent several days healing. When healed I was flown to Vancouver BC where my wife picked me up. I was never charged a dime. Canada has the best health care system in the world. I believe the President should look into the Candian health care system, see how it is paid for, and give America the same medical system. No one needs to worry about pre-existing conditions. All health care will be free.

This is my primary reason for giving ideas for anyone running for president, because I believe I am the only person with all the skills necessary to solve all the world's problems. Once again if we don't take immediate action, or action within five years, we may not be able to reverse Global Warming. All of the money in the world is needed to create all of the machinery and equipment necessary to kill the COVID disease and remove the acid from the oceans and the CO2 from our air. So all of you Foundations, Trusts, or other concerned citizens out there who would like to pledge your support should email me and do so. We will draw from the accounts so that they are equal in every category, so that the same percentage is drawn from each account.
I believe our bodies give our souls a chance to live and do the work assigned to us by GOD. Through out history women have been the worlds motivators. I believe that the President's wife could do a great deal to see that these things are accomplished. When something important must be done women rally the support needed to see it is done. I believe that the President's wife could do a great deal to see that these things are accomplished. I have never failed to complete a task. I can save millions of lives and billions of dollars in damage. In order to this I must speak to the people live on TV. There's not much time left before the election and many people have already voted. So someone needs to explain to the people what's going on. Global warming is real and our Seas & Oceans are dying and the government is covering it up. WHO AND WHY???
These are some of the things I feel need to be looked into by responsible persons.
1. To kill the COVID-19 virus we don't know whether color, sound, electricity or other means should be used. Experts around the world will have to get together to determine how it can be killed. I will provide guidance as to how this can be done.
2. One of the first acts the President should do is to appoint someone to be Director of Communications with instruction to revise television.
3. I don’t believe anyone in the world should have to pay for an education.
4. National television and the internet shuld be loaded with schools showing every subject known to man and in every language known to man.
5. Television as it is, is controlled by some organization. It must be a conspiracy that all commercials are shown at the same time. If you don’t like the commercial and change channels, you see another commercial.
6. But what would happen if all the schools are closed? First the children could learn from home and wouldn’t have to worry about bullies at recess or learning some sport that you aren’t good at, but most importantly, they wouldn't be subjected to COVID-19.
7. Let’s say we close all the schools in the USA. What happens to the Teachers? They will become members of the national library system and be able to work at their preference of, who needs the most help or who is the most gifted. They could go directly to the child’s house and work one on one. Every child will then be able to work at their own speed. All testing can be done at home or the library.
8. If we close the schools in preference to online education, we can park the buses. Think of all the gas that will be saved. We can then sell the busses overseas were they are needed. The schools can be turned over to the county and be used to provide low cost housing for the homeless. Amongst the homeless, you will find people of all skills. They can provide proper maintenance, cook and even provide moderate health care. The food banks can deliver direct. Schools have every facility needed to provide healthy living.
9. For those addicts who can’t stop. We will provide medical help and restraints as necessary to withdraw naturally, the only way an addict can truly stop. Suffer through it.
10. The school rooms can be converted to family use or divided up for singles.
11. Once the COVID-19 is killed, we can get back to schooling normally. Then, we can get back to building shelters for the homeless.
12. Note that the COVID Virus may elude control by vaccines, either because it mutuates, or people refuse vaccination. We must pursue other means of control, including possibly a liquid spray that disinfects the air.
TAX FAT AND SAVE MONEY
America is facing Taxecution because of Doctor bills & Insurance premiums caused by the fat slobs of America. We would save Trillions if all American's were of normal weight. The overweight bitches that use the electric handicap shopping carts just because their to F'N lazy to walk and push their own cart. One fat-man in a thousand would do the same.
Impose a Fat-tax. The motto will be " the more you weigh -- the more you pay "
These are suggested rates:
10% over-weight 10 cents a lb.
20% " 20 "
30% " 30 "
increasing in 10 cent increments up to 100 lbs.
The charges will be added to you regular taxes and cannot be escaped.
When you lose weight and are at 10% of your normal weight you will get 10% of your money back
& 10% for each 10% until all your money has been restored.
NEXT SUBJECT, GUN CONTROL - this is a solution that should be looked into. How many people have to be killed before something is done?
1. There’s about 300 million guns owned and about another 300 million in the stores waiting to be sold. Our military has another 3 million.
2. I believe people would prefer using these guns rather than just holding and looking at them.
3. We can’t prevent people from owning them but we can legislate how they are to be safely stored. I propose that we give everyone a chance to use them to their heart’s desire.
4. In the area of every major metropolitan are create fenced in areas (Electrified of Course) where the guns are not only to be stored but used. I think from about 1 to 10 miles in diameter depending on the local population.
5. Every military group in the USA have special training grounds. Let’s create all of them in one facility. Areas where they can have mock battles with rubber bullets and areas where they can use live ammo as in the military training areas.
6. The homeless who want to work can be employed to help the General Contractors that will build these areas. Appropriate State and National Park will be used when appropriate. Donated land would be preferred. Land inside would be sold to all the businesses that wanted to build there. I’m thinking Disney Land Plus.
7. Every Saturday night, we get volunteers from prisons of people who are to be executed and give them the chance to get their sentence commuted to life by starting at midnight in the center of the, ummm! This place needs a name, let’s call it Gun Center. Anyway the volunteer, he or she, starts at midnight in the middle with no shoes and is told. If you can make it to one of the buzzers, every 500 feet along the inside of the razor wire topped and press it before you get killed, your sentence is commuted to life plus 10 years.
8. Now comes the big question. How many of these macho gun owners are actually going to have the guts to actually kill someone? How will it affect the rest of their life?
9. This will be an independent Corporation with its own set of bylaws on leases, rents, taxes and admission fees. The profits should be put to some charitable use. Like medical insurance for those in need locally.
10. There should be a strict law that all weapons be kept in the Gunzilla including the police but excluding only the military because their weapons are always guarded.
11. Anyone caught with a weapon outside the Gun Center after the allowed deadline: that person, if and when convicted of intentionally witholding the weapon, will go to prison for life.
NEXT SUBJECT, PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SAFETY.
1. Most of the firefighters and police have military experience. For years I've been concerned. For years I’ve been concerned about the number of suicides in police departments. So, I propose the following changes in our safety departments. A: Rotate every 3 months from police to firefighters. B: Firefighters to State Patrol. C: State Patrol to Sheriff or County Police. D: Sheriff to local or City Police.
2. Yes there are good cops and bad cops. So, I propose that wherever the move is made to, the council has the right to refuse their transfer or hiring. I suppose those people would then become night patrolmen or bodyguards.
3. In making these changes it will give the person time to consider how they can improve and feel less pressure in doing their job.
4. I think some Chiefs should call for a National Council of Safety Personnel so they can do what’s best.
5. Firefighters who use foam to fight fires are getting cancer from that foam. This foam needs to be converted to dry-ice to keep that from happening.
